Do you meet clients in person?
Yes, across the UK where it helps. For some clients that's a regular fortnightly or monthly meeting. For others it's as and when it's useful, with video calls and email in between.

No. There are a lot of furniture brands around us and it's a category we know well, but we work with any ecommerce brand with a real product and real ambition.
